We’re all on Cloud 19 about A&O’s announcement that R & B artist Kehlani will be the opener for Blowout 2016 on Friday, September 30.
Kehlani is a former member of PopLyfe, a cover band that is noticeable for placing fourth on season six of America’s Got Talent. After going solo, she released two mixtapes, Cloud 19 and You Should Be Here, the latter of which was nominated for a Grammy for Best Urban Contemporary Album.
In case you don’t play those albums on repeat (open up Spotify, quick!), you may have heard her on Zayn Malik’s new album, Mind Of Mine (song: wRoNg) or the Suicide Squad soundtrack (song: Gangsta).
A&O Blowout 2016 takes place at Welsh-Ryan Arena on September 30. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the show starts at 7:00 p.m. You can buy your tickets for $10 here.
