Student dance groups from Northwestern and the Chicago area came together last Saturday to compete at NU Think U Can Dance, a fundraiser hosted by ChinaCare. This is the first year ChinaCare is hosting this event, and proceeds went to Half the Sky Foundation, an organization that aims to enrich the lives of orphaned Chinese children. Dance groups included Afterparty, Anubhav, Bhangra, Deeva, Graffiti Dancers, Typhoon, FIA Modern from UIC and Kapwa Modern from Loyola. Students were able vote for the winner, and Anubhav ended up taking the win.
