I originally wanted to come up with some sort of Oscar-themed post, but decided the only way I could pull that off would be if I focused on slum dogs, which isn’t very uplifting. So, instead, here is a post about an animal I think we may never have featured before — meerkats! And hey, if you really want an Academy Awards connection, Timon the meerkat played a central role in The Lion King, a movie that won a few Oscars. Anyway, meerkat pups!
