Pledges of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity painted their letters on the Rock and their names on the surrounding wall Wednesday night in an effort to make their presence better known on campus.
“For our pledge class, we really wanted to do something to represent Phi Delta Theta well,” said Weinberg freshman Jesse Clifton, pledge class president of the students who make up the “Phikeia” class. “And guarding the Rock really worked out as a bonding activity for us and a way to get to know each other better.”
