The cabbie

You can tell a lot about a man if you simply take the time to observe. If you look at what he’s wearing, what he’s carrying or who he’s with. If you look at how he’s standing, where he’s standing or even if he’s standing. If he is waving one arm in the air, both arms in the air or no arms at all. If you look at his facial expression, you can see even more. Is he angry or annoyed? Is he in a hurry? I don’t like those ones. They don’t tip very well. Is he smiling and unconcerned? Is he relaxed? These are the customers I prefer, but in this day and age they come few and far between in the wonderful city of Chicago. I wish I could be choosy about who I pick up. But I need the cash, so I can’t.
