North by Northwestern

Five dollars paid for a full meal at Southeast Asian Night on Thursday, courtesy of Kaibigan, the Thai Club, the Vietnamese Student Association and NU Singaporeans and Friends. With electronic music playing in the background and fragrant Asian flavors floating in the air, Northwestern students milled about the different food stands, munched happily on Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese and Singaporean food, and learned about each of the countries' different cuisines.
