Sexual Health and Assault Peer Educators--the group better known as SHAPE--hopes to promote sexual health and empowerment with the new coat of paint it added to the Rock Tuesday night. SHAPE is accepting applications for new members until Oct. 31 at midnight.
The group, which is involved in programming across campus and provides a resource for students in need of information, makes it its mission to "empower people to choose healthy sexuality that's right for them through education and counseling.
"Everybody on campus is affected by sex, whether they're having it or not," said Weinberg senior Sara Weston, who helped paint the Rock on Tuesday night. "So it's important for everyone to have information and knowledge about sexuality, and we're a resource for students who might not be comfortable going to adults."
