The Voice for Asia benefit concert will be held this Sunday, May 6 at 1 p.m. on the Norris East Lawn. “Voice for Asia Concert is a benefit and awareness event whose focus this year is on Orphans in Asia,” according to Valerie Hwang. “The concert will bring in various artists and speakers from around the country and world. All money raised on behalf of Voice for Asia will be donated to UNICEF and ChinaCare.”
The concert is sponsored by the Asian Pacific American Coalition (APAC), China Care, Cilipadi, Japan Club, Kaibigan, Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., Korean American Students Association (KASA), Lambda Phi Epsilon Fraternity, Inc., Niteskool, Singaporeans and Friends (NUSAF) and Taiwanese American Students Club (TASC) & Funded by the Student Activities Fee.
