Monday morning saw the Rock painted to advertise Niteskool, an organization that represents student musicians and produces music videos that feature them. Niteskool's mission is to promote student bands and music artists both on and off campus.
"Niteskool is really just a way of supporting our friends and people from school who play music," said Weinberg Junior Eric Chung, who guarded the rock for Niteskool on Sunday night. "Exposure is hard for student musicians, and we're just trying to help them out."
Niteskool will sponsor "Rock at the Rock," a concert showcasing several bands on campus, this Thursday from 6 to 10 p.m. outside of University Hall.
