So Peace Project didn’t exactly paint the Rock, they just taped a sign on instead. Author and advocate Howard Zinn speaks tonight at 7:30 at Cahn Auditorium. Tickets are free. Zinn was a part of the civil rights and anti-war movements and wrote many books, including A People’s History of the United States. This event is sponsored by Peace Project, an umbrella organization consisting of Northwestern Opposing War and Racism, Students for Economic Justice, and The Protest magazine.
