    Instead of just constantly complaining to no one in particular about how you’re always missing news or information from Northwestern, tell it straight to the administration. Take the school’s communication survey to answer questions such as “How often do you read the Observer?” (There’s a box at the bottom for open-ended responses such as, “What’s the Observer?”)

    While you’re cursing the courses you signed up for this quarter, you can begin looking ahead: class schedules for Fall Quarter have gone up on CAESAR.

    Oh, the comedy that is the sixth week of class. Get rid of one by Friday’s drop date and make time for the Titanic Players’ performance at 8 p.m. at McCormick Tribune Forum. It’s $3 at the door.

    For all of Evanston’s charm and beauty, Chicago offers a lot more to admire in terms of design. The “Design: Chicago” conference is being sponsored by Segal Design Institute and takes place tomorrow from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Allen Center. It’s free, but you need to register.
