Okay I have no earthly idea WHAT this is, WHO did it and WHY. What I do know is that I must have walked past the Rock a dozen times yesterday, all throughout the day, and I never saw anyone there.
So the Rock changed today and we don't know why--but we're on the story. Northwestern! It never fails to surprise.
