Members of the fraternity Alpha Epsilon Pi chose one of the coldest days of the year to paint the Rock Thursday, staying by it through sub-freezing temperatures for the chance to mark their letters on it.
"We just wanted to paint it for fun," said Weinberg Junior Nathan Abelman, who helped guard the Rock Thursday night. "Just for the experience of it."
