This is the first part of the 18 campaign – a campaign meant to encourage students to embrace life, according to Arielle Gottlieb.
“It’s easy with everyone’s crazy schedules here at Northwestern to forget to take care of ourselves, but we all need a break every once in a while,” she said in an email. “We need to relax, indulge, and take care of ourselves, whether that means taking a nap, hanging out at the lake fill, going downtown, or whatever lets you unwind and enjoy yourself.”
