When the Cubs played their last game of the season against the Arizona Diamondbacks at Wrigley Field on Saturday, plenty of fans who couldn’t get tickets — or didn’t want them in the first place — followed the game from outside. Blue and red shirts filled El trains, the streets of Wrigleyville, bars and restaurants. They heard the game on the radio, listened to the cheers of those inside the stadium and watched TVs in apartment windows.
