A&O Productions announced Tuesday morning that Vic Mensa will be A&O Ball’s opener, performing before Chromeo takes the stage.
Mensa, a hip-hop artist hailing from Chicago, released INNANETAPE in 2013 to critical acclaim. He made an appearance on Dillo Day performer Chance the Rapper’s latest mixtape, Acid Rap. Mensa has toured with J. Cole, Wale and Danny Brown.
Tickets for Friday’s A&O Ball went on sale Tuesday morning on the Norris Box Office website. Free shuttles will be available to take students from campus to the Riviera Theater and back.
