For the men's swimming and diving team, the pool is a second home.

They seem to fly across the pool with ease and with incredible speed. Through the first three meets of the young season, the 'Cats remain undefeated with wins over Eastern Michigan on Oct. 16, and UIC and Oakland on Oct. 25.

Sophomore Andy Jovanovic let us strap a GoPro on him as he demonstrated some of his strokes. The GoPro was attached to his chest, so the screen in the bottom corner is the view from his chest as he glides through his strokes.

The first demonstrated stroke was freestyle. Jovanovic's career best for the 50-yard freestyle is 20.70 seconds, and 44.54 for the 100-yard event.

Next is backstroke, then breaststroke and butterfly.

Just a year into his Northwestern swimming and diving career, Jovanovic has competed in three events in the Big Ten Championships: the 200-yard IM, 100-yard butterfly and 100-yard backstroke.

The 'Cats will be back in action this weekend to take on Kentucky, Missouri and SIU in a quad meet, looking to extend their undefeated season.
