Over 600 Northwestern students gathered in SPAC on Friday night to participate in Relay for Life, an event supported by the American Cancer Society to raise money for cancer research. The event began with several moving speeches of patients who battled through cancer, and then participants walked on the indoor track of SPAC in solidarity with cancer patients. This years event, entitled "A Relay Through Time," raised $180,739.53.
