The seniors of Sigma Alpha Epsilon and Alpha Phi got together and painted the Rock at midnight on Tuesday to promote their upcoming philanthropy, Project ScArE. “We thought it would be a great way for the seniors in both chapters to contribute to and publicize Project Scare,” said Alpha Phi president and Bienen senior Kelly Stewart. “And a lot of us still hadn’t painted the rock yet in our NU careers.”
Project ScArE turns the SAE chapter house into a haunted attraction and guided tour that will run from 8 p.m.- 2 a.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Admission into the house on a guided tour is $5. All proceeds benefit the International Rett’s Syndrome Foundation.
