Northwestern quarterback Dan Persa is listed as questionable on the team’s official injury report for Saturday’s game against Eastern Illinois.

Persa was listed as questionable on last week’s injury report, and did not end up dressing against Boston College this past Saturday. He has been rehabbing a ruptured right Achilles since he injured it last November against Iowa.

Kain Colter started in place of Persa this past Saturday, and helped Northwestern earn a 24-17 win in Chestnut Hill.

Running back Mike Trumpy is listed as doubtful for Saturday with a head injury. Trumpy led the ‘Cats in rushing against the Eagles, totaling 85 rush yards on 15 carries.

The following players are listed as out for this Saturday: Brian Arnfelt (DT), Jack DiNardo (DT), Jared Carpenter (S), Colin Ellis (LB), Roderick Goodlow (LB) and Tony Jones (WR).

Northwestern will kick off its 2011 home slate against Eastern Illinois this Saturday at 2:30 CST.
