Members of the Polish American Student Alliance (PASA) painted the Rock for Polish Constitution Day. The document, signed on May 3, 1791, is generally seen as Europe’s first national Constitution, though it was only in effect for about a year. Thousands of Polish and Polish-American citizens marched in Saturday’s Polish Constitution Day Parade in downtown Chicago. It is the largest Polish parade outside of Poland, and has been a tradition for 117 years.
