Did PARC repaint the Rock? It appears that way. So is the panda the new dorm mascot?
Though it may be hard to tell, it was residents of the Public Affairs Residential College (PARC) who painted the Rock for today, showing off their PARC pride. PARC is located at 1838 Chicago Avenue, right next to Allison Hall.
