    SJP holds vigil for deceased

    Students for Justice in Palestine hosted a non-denominational vigil at the Rock on Friday at 7 pm to mourn families and the 2,137 lives lost in Gaza. Two readers recited names simultaneously while around 50 students and faculty attended the candlelight service.

    City officials to adjust parking meter rates

    Go! U Northwestern! Break right through that…traffic! To avoid issues with parking during football games, Evanston city officials plan to change prices on parking meters near Ryan Field on game days. Officials hope to talk with members of the Transportation/Parking Committee to set parking fees to $10 during special events.

    Work hard, play hard

    A Northwestern Medicine study reported people drink more on the same days they engage in physical activity, usually from Thursdays through Sundays. Denoting their daily behavior in their smartphones at the end of each day, 150 people from ages 18 to 89 participated in the study.
