Members of the Muslim-cultural Students Association (McSA) Association painted today’s Rock to promote the start of Islam Awareness Week. Taking place from January 21 to January 24, the event will include various guest speakers, group performances and a blood drive. McSA will also be giving away free hot chocolate at the Rock all week.
Islam Awareness Week kicks off with a lecture by Christina Abraham, Director of Civil Rights from the Council on American-Islamic Relations. She will be speaking tonight at 8 p.m. in the Allison Hall Lounge.
