The Finance Committee's Block 5 fundraising announcement revealed that 2014 might be the largest year yet for DM. After raising $124,116 by the end of Fall Quarter, DM 2014 appears poised to surpass fundraising totals of the two previous DMs, the two biggest in the event’s history. This year’s total after Fall Quarter is nearly $15,000 more than what DM 2013 raised heading into Winter Break. With the fundraising total as of the start of Winter Quarter released to NBN by the PR committee, there is even stronger evidence that 2014 DM will be the most successful year yet.
