Breakout rapper Aminé to open A&O Ball at Riviera Theatre

You hear his hit at all the parties – now party with Aminé at A&O Ball.

The rapper, known for his breakout single “Caroline,” will open A&O Productions’ annual spring concert, co-sponsored by For Members Only. Before “Caroline,” he released two mixtapes and an extended play. Since the single, he’s also released the songs “Baba” and “REDMERCEDES,” the latter of which gained attention for its music video that shows a world where Black and White races are reversed, with Black actors in “whiteface.”

Ball will be on April 21 at the Riviera Theatre in Uptown, where Rae Sremmurd also headlined the concert last year. There will be shuttles to the venue, and A&O will announce more information closer to the show. Doors will open at 7:15 p.m., with Aminé performing at 8 p.m.

Tickets will be on sale for $10 through the Norris Box Office website at a to-be-announced time. A&O and FMO will announce the headliner later this week.
