Even the polar vortex couldn't stop the Freshman Freeze thaw. Between Jan. 8 and 12, 370 men accepted bids to Interfraternity Council chapters, according to IFC data. This is the largest number of "dropped" bids since 1996, the earliest year for which data is available.
