Men from the newest pledge class of Phi Delta Theta painted the Rock last night. From the chapter Web site: “On February 11, 1859, Phi Delta Theta [was formed] at Northwestern University. Phi Delt was not only the first fraternity at Northwestern, but also it was the eighth Phi Delt chapter in the country and the first Phi Delt chapter in Illinois, earning the title, Illinois Alpha.”
